Getting electricity and staying connected
We want to understand what it’s like for people who have found it hard to get or keep electricity on at home.
Your answers will help us understand:
- what gets in the way
- what options people have to make the situation work
- how these experiences affect people and their whānau
- what needs to improve.
You do not need to know any technical terms. There are no right or wrong answers. You can skip any question or section you do not want to answer or that does not relate to you.
We are not proposing any rule changes right now, but we might do in the future based on the information you share.

Your survey responses are anonymous. Our surveying tool does not allow us to trace responses back to individuals.
